CONFIDEX TANK TOP - 100-YEAR GUARANTEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective Date: January 29, 2026

1. GUARANTEE OVERVIEW

Minus (“we,” “us,” “our”) offers a 100-Year Guarantee (the “Guarantee”) on the Confidex Tank Top (the “Product”). We guarantee that when worn as intended and properly cared for, the Product will make you feel up to 30 pounds lighter. If you do not experience this result, you may return the Product under these Terms and Conditions for store credit.

Note: The “up to 30 pounds lighter” effect is subjective and may vary by individual. We reserve sole discretion to determine eligibility.

2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for this Guarantee, you must:

• Be the original purchaser of the Product
• Provide valid proof of purchase (original receipt or order confirmation)
• Contact us at the email address listed on wearminus.com (currently ugh@wearminus.com) before returning the Product
• Return the Product in good condition, as determined by us at our sole discretion
• Have followed all care instructions outlined in Section 19

3. DEFINITION OF “GOOD CONDITION”

The Product must be free from:

• Excessive wear and tear beyond normal use
• Damage, including tears, holes, stains, alterations, or missing components
• Hygiene issues, odors, or contamination
• Modifications or repairs not authorized by us

We retain sole and final authority to determine whether a returned Product meets this standard.

4. NON-TRANSFERABILITY

This Guarantee is strictly non-transferable. It becomes void if:

• The Product is sold, gifted, or transferred to another person
• Proof of original purchase cannot be verified
• The Guarantee has already been claimed for this Product (limit: one claim per purchase)

5. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us via email at ugh@wearminus.com (or as displayed on wearminus.com)
2. Provide proof of purchase and reason for return
3. Await our instructions for the return method (prepaid shipping label or alternative)
4. Ship the Product as instructed

Important: You are responsible for all shipping costs, even if we provide a prepaid label. Any prepaid shipping costs may be deducted from store credit.

6. STORE CREDIT TERMS

• You will receive store credit equal to the original purchase price
• Store credit does not expire while wearminus.com remains active
• Store credit cannot be combined with discounts, promotions, coupons, or offers
• Store credit is non-transferable and only for the original purchaser
• Store credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash
• Store credit can only be used on wearminus.com

7. REJECTION OF RETURNS

• The Product is not in good condition (Section 3)
• You cannot provide valid proof of purchase
• You are not the original purchaser
• The Guarantee has already been claimed for this Product
• You failed to follow the return process (Section 5)
• The claim is fraudulent, misrepresented, or made in bad faith
• Care instructions were not followed (Section 19)

Rejected returns will be held for 30 days. You may request the Product returned at your expense, or it will be disposed of after this period.

8. SHIPPING COSTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• You assume all responsibility and risk for shipping costs
• You assume all risk of loss, theft, or damage during transit
• We recommend using trackable shipping with insurance
• Shipping costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from store credit if a prepaid label is provided

9. PROCESSING TIME

• Inspection occurs within 14 business days
• Approved claims result in store credit issued within 7 business days after inspection
• You will be notified via email of our decision

10. LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

• Normal wear and tear over time
• Damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents
• Damage caused by failing to follow care instructions (Section 19)
• Products used for commercial purposes
• Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or third parties
• Any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages

11. ONE CLAIM LIMIT

This Guarantee may be claimed once per Product purchase. After a successful claim, the Guarantee for that Product is permanently void, even if store credit is used to purchase a replacement.

12. CARE AND MAINTENANCE

• Wash at a maximum of 30°C (86°F)
• Do not bleach
• Do not tumble dry; air dry only
• Do not iron
• Do not dry clean

Failure to comply may damage the Product and reduce compression. Claims are void if care instructions are not followed. Returned Products must be completely dry and free of detergent residue.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States of America and, where applicable, the state in which Minus is registered, without regard to conflicts of law.

By claiming this Guarantee, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in [Your State/County].

14. ARBITRATION CLAUSE

All disputes relating to this Guarantee will be settled by binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

15. MODIFICATIONS

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement regarding the 100-Year Guarantee and supersede any prior communications.

17. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining terms remain in full force.
